2026 Meditation Training Cohort
An 8-week Practicum of Meditation & Yogic Breathing
In this 8-week cohort, you’ll learn a structured meditation system using:
Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) — Regulate Energy
Mantra — Stabilize Attention
Visualization — Refine Awareness
Through daily practice and progressively layered techniques, you’ll learn how to enter and sustain meditation consistently.

Curriculum
Body → Breath → Energy → Image → Sound → Absorption → Integration
Week 1 - Establishing the Practice
Steady the body, deepen the breath, and settle the mind.
Week 2 - Calming & Balancing
Equalize the breath, regulate the nervous system, and stabilize mood.
Week 3 - Energizing the Inner Fire
Refine breath control, activate energy, and sharpen concentration.
Week 4 - Concentration & Sensory Withdrawal
Unify energy and imagination to focus the mind.
Week 5 - Inner Sound
Shift from outer to inner awareness.
Week 6 - Absorption & Sustaining Meditative States
Extend duration, stabilize absorption, and shift beyond technique.
Week 7 - Integration & Application
Sustain and expand the post-meditative state, and apply the practice in daily life.
Week 8 - Sequencing & Independent Practice
Design a personal practice program for continuing development after the practicum.

About the Teacher
Nabeel Afsar (Jyotimudra)
I teach classical yogic meditation and pranayama practices drawn from traditional sources. My focus is helping people build consistent meditation practices and make meaningful progress on their path.
I completed my training at Kriya Tantra Institute and am certified through Yoga Alliance. I’m also the author of Inner Peace, Outer Power.
